Digital Products

All products sold by Content Conversion Lab, including online courses, E-books, PDF guides, templates, and other downloadable resources, are digital products and are delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

  • You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.

  • You did not receive access to your purchased product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Requesting a Refund

Unauthorized Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in the suspension of access to purchased digital products while the matter is being investigated.

Product Updates

From time to time, we may update or improve our digital products at no additional cost. These updates do not create a right to a refund for previous purchases.
